Support from Management
Management operated like a cult. Fitting in was very hard. Secrets were kept at plant manager position and safety director. Getting to feel like part of the team was almost impossible.
While addressing the union work force, all was good. While addressing management everything was micro managed.
Level of Autonomy
All of the managers work load was distributed down so their involvement became minimal. That also came with several cases of being given work that wasn't in the positions scope and then being blamed for inconsistencies.
