Suggestions for improvement
- Keep taking care of employees. Keep up the great work.
Nepotism and gossip run the company.
People who have worked there for several years barely speak to new people.... unless you're related to someone in management.
You have to.... the training method is "sink or swim".
New employees are kept in the dark about anything & everything.
Constant bickering about the temperature
Only cares about the bottom line
