Suggestions for improvement
- There needs to be an internal review of some of the engineering managers due to not being fit to manage peers.
I like about the employer
They paid well and the career development plan for young engineers was very good.
I dislike about the employer
Engineering manager in the Eagleford did not care about employees, they expect you to work 2x more than required and then do know show appreciation for going the extra mile or working hard.
