- Fewer closed-door conversations, more open communication and transparency.
What I like about the company
Great benefits and senior management is interested in developing employees.
What I dislike about the company
Management seemed very secretive and held information close to the chest. Very disappointing turn of events. Promoted individuals with little to no experience in the department or function. Some individuals did little to no work and were regarded highly by management. There was a lack of promotion opportunities for multiple employees due to strict HR requirements on experience.
