We were often told we would be treated as family. In reality, we were not. If that's family, then it's modeled after the most dysfunctional one ever.

They leadership was conflicted and chaotic. I often felt it was old school versus new school.
Poor at best. Lost of gossiping and back biting but very little constructive communication.
