Yes, supervisors would commend employees in their effort. But, lack on fairness and trust due to not having alot of training in different areas in their work skills.

I feel the management needs to train their employees to do accurate investigate that includes both sides story not just one side or hearing hear say and not have proof or evidence.
Their were some good and bad honest and direct mannered employees and employers at that job

i feel that the workload was fairly distributed among each employee

I feel that's the area that are being overlooked far as training is concern

No people tend to be scared to tell the truth about what's really going on or happening
My job was stable until a situation happened that cost me my job over lies
