Suggestions for improvement
- Reconsider choices in Sales management due to high turnover. New employees are scared away or let go when they are not provided the training they are promised during the interview and hiring process.
I like about the employer
Some of the long time employees were very pleasant to work with.
I dislike about the employer
Lack of respect for women in the sales department. Lack of training for employees hired without experience. Belittling of new and inexperienced employees.
