Suggestions for improvement

  • Major Management Overhaul. Focus more on taking care of employees that hit the quotas so they can succeed rather than just hiring everybody and throwing an extra 100 half decent workers at workload to get it done in the same time you could with half the better employees.

What I like about the company

The job is easy enough and I can't say I mind doing it. Also as long as you have the UTO or Points to spare you can leave at anytime during the work day without being harassed for it or them trying to stop you.

What I dislike about the company

The Management is very poor. They can be nice people but you can tell they didn't get their positions based off knowledge or expertise. They hire too many people and send people home daily so it's hard to get a full 40 hours in. They offer Volunteer overtime when it's not necessary and Manadate Overtime when it's even less necessary. Also you can't use Paid time off for a call off without jumping through hoops. You can't even use you unpaid time off for call offs without jumping through the same hoops. So if you're desperately sick or there's inclement weather, be prepared to come in or you'll lose your perfect record and get pointed.
