The Call Center Manager is fairly new to the company in this position and lacks the knowledge needed to perform the duties to run a risk center and the VP of the Risk Center carries quite a bit of favoritism. If you are not one of her favorite employees then she will do what she can to fire you.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better company wages for employees. give bonuses to the employees since they are the ones doing the work and not just rewarding the executives with year end bonus.
