Training was poor and the environment was dangerous.
Freedom to work independently
They did trust their employees to work alone.
There wasn’t god communication from the chain of command.
They didn’t encourage this.
I no longer work there.
It was hard to manage the population with poor training and resources.
Suggestions for improvement
- Their training program needs to be serious and updated.
What I like about the company
I used this place as a reference and experience to start my career.
What I dislike about the company
They need to create a better training program and environment.
