Not a good place to work
Support from management
Leadership in the admissions department in hostile, unfair, and discriminating.
Communication in the admissions depart does not exist.
Freedom to work independently
Admissions department does not distribute workload evenly or fairly. You do not have any say in any manner.
Admissions does not communicate at all, and employees are reprimanded for not following true care standards when the supervisor doesn't follow them either. They are great at gossiping.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Too much backstabbing
Office / Work Environment
Equipment was not up to date, supervisors made us work with broken equipment
I was always proud of my work, but the supervisor of admissions never observed me doing my job, but felt compelled to criticize my work.
Inclusive / Diverse
When asked if I could have impute in my job I was told by admissions supervisor no
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to either retrain upper management or get rid of them
What I dislike about the company
It was the most stressful work environment I have ever worked in. Not the job, the people, gossip, backstabbing, HIPPA violations, bullying ...
