Suggestions for improvement

  • Hire more staff to decrease the overtime.

What I like about the company

The staff has a great ability to get a long. We work 12 hour shifts but most of the floors are very flexible in the days you work. I have learned a lot as a nurse and have moved from a floor nurse to a charge nurse.
