Management is usually busy or stuck in one of many meetings that they have to attend.
Great Teamwork in the Business Partner side. Not so much in the sales side.
You will be told that you are doing great in front of your colleagues, but you will be told a different story in a private meeting between you and your management.
You can move up in this company to a management position but after that its pretty tough to get anywhere.

Great vibe, The sales team and the Business Partners do butt heads a lot.
Great work life balance for the Business Partners, not so much for the sales team.
You are proud at first, but after a while you get tired of all of the nonsense and glamour that they try to make you appreciate.
Job security is very low.
one day you are doing great and you are on top of the chain, the next day you are being fired or put on a PIP plan.
They will fire you very fast.
Very challenging work, unrealistic goals.
Suggestions for improvement
- Give your employees a chance, Stop with the unrealistic sales goals and the unrealistic BP goals. Stop telling employees there problems behind closed doors, Stop being so hush hush about any issues. Employees will make mistakes and they are human it doesn't mean that they need to immediately be fired or put on a PIP plan.
What I like about the company
I liked the free health care facility, there onsite health care facility is awesome.
there new building is nice.
What I dislike about the company
The culture is almost Cult like. Management will fire you if you make any mistakes or if you are not performing well, the company has unrealistic goals that you will never be able to meet.
