poor treatment of its employees
Support from management
Reported to owner who behaves in a less than exemplary manner, verbally harasses and belittles employees and on occasion custoners. Does not involve employees in the decision making process and has one of the highest turn over rates ive ever seen. violates a good amount of employment laws and often changes things last minute without notice.
no effective communication if any at all
poor considering the amout of work.

poor working conditions. had the labor board called on them more than once as well as the fire department for violating building codes. Recently had employees workin around espestos while havibg it removed
work life balance was ok when I wasnt brining work home for a salaried position or having me do her job to avoid paying someone else.
