Suggestions for improvement
- Stand behind decisions and keep an open line of communication with ALL management staff on a variety of different issues.
I like about the employer
The company truly cares about it's employees and has a sense of family among the staff.
I dislike about the employer
With a rapidly expanding new company comes the growing pains. There is a definite lack of 'checks-and-balances' among some of the upper management giving way for some abuse of freedom and little consistency among the stores.
