Suggestions for improvement
- Hire people with experience or get out of the education business alltogether
What I like about the company
The students and the community, for the most part, were wonderful.
What I dislike about the company
The administrators and the network. They work you to the point of burnout and then ask for more. The inexperience of management is clear as they defer to outspoken employees and their skewed viewpoints. There is no leadership exhibited by management and it seems that they are only there to serve their religious agenda.
