Management was more interested in getting you fired, instead of helping about a problem.
One can count more on help from other employees than manager.
Level of Autonomy
No autonomy, even though you had better ideas.
They wanted you to listen. Never interested in what was your ideas.
Lots of favoritism.
Attitude towards older colleagues
It had good commoradery, that's it.
