Suggestions for improvement
- Overhaul the corporate culture. Encourage universal inclusitivity - LGBTQ, women, all minorities - including other tribes, creeds, race, color, or ethnic origin. Actively train and educate those employees who use slurs, or inappropriate language. Balance compensation with external sources rather than focusing solely on internal equality. Internalize compensation and benefits will not attract nor keep worthy employees if promises are not kept and the culture does not allow for autonomy, work-life balance, or personal growth.
I like about the employer
What I liked about working with the Nation was the money offered, and the opportunity to work in a completely different environment than I had previously known.
