Whether or it's intentional or not, women are treated very differently than men in both culture and pay.
Same things over and over. No room to advance. They will tell you there is during interviews to lure you into the company.
Suggestions for improvement
- They desperately need a formal HR Department that is removed from upper management. There is no one for employees to go to with issues. Management needs to realize their favoritism and how judgmental they are and how obvious it is they look down on employees.
