The new director is the only thing that kept me there so long. She's great!
everyone was nice but didn't follow policies so there was no cohesiveness
Overall compensation for your work
Pay is very low. It's almost impossible to accrue vacation and sick days with the new policies- that keep changing without notice to the employees
Office / Work Environment
Employees were clocked out under direction of corporate office - before you could even get out the door. Sometimes you couldn't clock in for an hour or so because thee weren't enough kids present in the building.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay teachers better and let them have some decision making in their classrooms. Corporate should ease off in micromanaging.
