Suggestions for improvement

  • Stop being a oxymoron agency do right by your people and they will do right by you. Your good old boy mentality is old and will eventually hurt the very client you say you are dedicated to helping. Better yet lay off the old boy mentality leadership team and keep your aging workforce that are really dedicated to the mission. You need a fresh prospective.

What I like about the company

The actual teams who are not part of leadership are hard working and team oriented

What I dislike about the company

They are not friendly to the aging workforce - they are saying they want the best people but the very people driving this imitative have no integrity and run on fear. They lay off sick and disabled employees some who have worked for them for 5-6 years can you believe that a social service agency not being very socially inclusive!
