This is where the rubber meets the road and this is where the failing was the greatest. The supervisory lead was very poor at expressing expectations clearly and helping new employees understand. Often "tossed" information at employee and left without making things clear. Made many assumptions that new employee understood and the took the low road in response. As is often found, many can do a job but they can not teach the job. This was evident in the general atmosphere of the Morganton office and their leadership.
