The company has spent millions of dollars on "culture consultants" but interestingly, the dial hasn't moved. Senior leaders are quick to blame employees for this, but not willing to look at their on behavior/leadership style.
Support from Management
There is no leadership support in this company--managers are so fearful of their own position that they will not speak up for subordinates.
