I think the company culture is very positive. It is all about the patients, and so the team works hard to make sure the employees are happy, cheerful, and involved in the company. Happy employees=quality patient care.
Support from management
Though there is not adequate desk space or phone lines for me, my boss does what he can to ensure I succeed in my tasks. Also very flexible with hours.
Each team member is valued, and the leaders demonstrate their appreciation of each team member's value.

Office / Work Environment

Suggestions for improvement
- Free food for employees, more desks and phone lines.
What I like about the company
Working with the children is amazing. Also, healthcare work is very important to me. You can tell most people there are in it for the patients, and this is very inspiring.
What I dislike about the company
The company is a bit corporate, so there is some difficulty getting the very higher ups to change certain policies, and marketing can be difficult to work with when reaching out to families about events.
