- A true merit increase or bonus system. Career advancement paths. A culture that values exemplary work and efforts.
What I like about the company
The common mission of caring for children unites the entire staff.
What I dislike about the company
There is little room for promotion, and all salary increase percentages are identical for everyone in the facility and barely amounts to a cost of living increase. Exemplary staff are not being rewarded and often leave CMH within a couple of years.
