Attitude towards older colleagues
CRI is good but our group was very bad
My supervisor do not allow or like research spend time to write paper at work place except at home after work; also do not like employee to submit abstract or present at conference, or to publish but have a lots R01 NIH grands! And mistaking rank of authors name of papers on Journals.
Suggestions for improvement
- Human resource much inspect the supervisor's behavior and need employee face back
