Chilis in general has a great way of getting there culture relayed to guests and employees.
Support from Management
Management staff doesn't connect with servers.
The teamwork is there sometimes but not all the time.
Level of Autonomy
Workload is not always distributed fairly. Sometimes feel like I don't get paid enough for the amount of labor I do.
Terrible communication. The management tries to be more successful after communicating but my biggest pet peeve is not being aware of the things we run out of. This should be a mandatory concern for managers to relate to employees so we don't sale out of stock items to guests.
