All help us in Houston and the boss doesn't want to be over the LA stores. No support. The guy barley answers his phone.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make upper mgmt live the company vision. Stop treating LA stores like they are secong best to Houston.

Great vision and culture in the stores themselves
What I dislike about the company
Upper mgmt treats you like dirt. They do not practice what they preach. You will never feel like you are doing a good job because they constantly talk down to you. You are given all of these things that are wrong but nobody will take the time to explain how to fix things.
