No idea how to set goals, hold people accountable, and lacked any leadership traits.
If you are part of the in crowd, you can siy back and enjoy the work of those around you. If not you do task haphazardly, not having any knowledge of what you needed to do.
The plant is new, but the people were not pleasant.
Suggestions for improvement
- Remove all managment, replace with people who value people and can provide a path.
