Suggestions for improvement
- Improve consistency in policies and procedures for day to day work tasks. Get leadership aligned. Focus more on product quality.
There is a company value cultural ideology that is written for employees to read. When you work with the company no one adheres to this. Everyone is "Fake" to your face and talk viciously behind your back. Culture as it is come to be known is, kiss up to your boss, let your team do as they want so you can get a good review and bonus at the end of the year.
Only if they will get someone from it. Like recognization, a reward or a pat on the back from senior management.
The job helped to pay my bills and family expenses.
The worst company I have ever worked for. They are gender and race bias. The politics of working here is unbearable at times. They hire inexperience senior managers to oversee areas outside of their professional expertise. The supervisors are back stabbers. You do not know who to trust. So, people work in very uncomfortable environments not wanting to make waves or loss their jobs.
