Not organized. Poorly staffed. Over-worked and underpaid. Recent company restructuring has all but collapsed current structure--fired people to hire cheaper labor. It has backfired. Now the company having difficulty hiring good quality people--so much so that they have acquired two hiring agencies.
Support from management
No stars. I am sorry to say that Management is out for themselves.
Subjective at times. Hit or miss with whomever you work. Colleagues are friends with directors and managers.
Who wants to respond to emails and training on their day off?
Forced to be on-call. Can easily work 12-14 hour shifts 5 days a week, traveling to centers up to 2 hours away.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire or rehire staff at competitive pay rates; pay individuals for every minute worked and do not trim minutes from their paychecks; hire front-desk staff. Ensure lunch breaks for ALL staff.
What I like about the company
Having the ability to work 3 days/week.
What I dislike about the company
No lunch breaks were difficult to take; benefits, working more than 3 days/week due to staff shortage, callouts and no-shows; mandatory on-call; firing people at the drop of a dime produced a threatening environment.
