I was taught part of my job wrong. When I turned it in I was informed I had to redo a months worth of work in a couple of days.
Suggestions for improvement
- Owners should make sure who is teaching is doing it properly. Be easier to contact for help or provide a source that is knowledge.
I like about the employer
One employee helped extra where I wasn't helped. She went beyond her job to help.
I dislike about the employer
I wasn't trained properly and then was told I had to do part of a months worth of work over and to have it done in a couple of days.
