THE CULTURE IS BASED AROUND THE OWNER/CEO, DO AS I SAY, MY OPINION IS THE ONLY ONE THAT COUNTS AND ABSOLUTELY NO ONE IS AS SMART AS ME MIND SET.

Support from management

THERE IS NO SUPPORT FROM MANAGEMENT, LOW LEVEL MANAGERS TRY TO HELP STAFF BUT THEY ARE BLOCKED BY UPPER MANAGEMENT. UPPER MANAGEMENT SEES DISMISSING EMPLOYEES AS A SOLUTION VERSUS TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT.

TEAM WORK DOESN'T EXIST WHEN THE CULTURE IS SET AROUND "ONLY ONE PERSON MATTERS" AKA THE OWNER/CEO

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION IS REACTIVE INSTEAD OF PROACTIVE AND WHEN THE REACTIVE COMMUNICATION TAKES PLACE YOU CAN EXPECT THE SAME RESULT EACH TIME, YOU WILL BE YELLED OUT.
