Company Culture

Residents would be safer at a facility that the nursing staff would actually do their job.

Support from management

Nurses was lazy and wanted CNA's to do their charting and treatments they should be doing

Lets other coworkers that should be on equal value act like supervisors.

Your vitals are checked after you and your critized over other people not doing their job

The whole main office staff DON, DON assistant and other superiors were awful with communication skills.

Yes.

Yes but not offered to all employees.

Overall compensation for your work

Paid well that was one of the few good qualities I could share.

No, the thermostate was controled by anboutside source so it was either to hot or to cold there was nothing youncoukd do.

Environmental Friendliness

Absolutely not. Never saw so many trash bags in my life.

Work-Life Balance

Long 12 shifts that are turned into 16 hour shifts because people does not show.

Glad I relocated work to work with professional staffing.

Yes my position at my new job is very stable

Yes.

Workplace Safety

No residents would fall in the floor and not all staff knew the procedures to properly handle the resident til the nurse came to overlook the patient

Challenging Work

At the absolutely worse the only bad thing you will run across would be a combative resident.

Inclusive / Diverse

No, only the favorites had input.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Bette trained staff period and staff that are kind and considerate of their patients that wants to be there.

What I like about the company

Other CNA staff were snappy and rude. The nurses did bit care they were only there to do the absolute minimum that was required of themselves. The upper staff such as the director of nursing and so forth I have personally seen better.

What I dislike about the company

If I ran the place I'd have the state in there and I bet aloy would be changed all the way across the board.
