Suggestions for improvement
- They need to follow the union seniority rules regarding slowdowns/layoffs, not just keeping their buddies working. Anyone with 5 years(or more) experience with the company should be eligible for promotions,not just their buddies.
What I like about the company
They pay OT and DT, company picnics are always fun,free food in the break rooms
What I dislike about the company
Not promoting people when some clearly deserve to be, promoting others who have no clue what to do in their new position, laying off people with seniority while working apprentices 40 hrs a week,etc.
