Suggestions for improvement
- The culture needs support. Clinicians often voice their needs but the demand of the company cannot always meet those needs. Every employee needs different things to be successful but they are all treated he same.
What I like about the company
I have received excellent training and supervision toward licensure. My peers are supportive and we help each other out.
What I dislike about the company
Job support is not always available and when it is available it is not always helpful. The workload is high but that is to be expected in this field; however, people with high acuity cases should have more flexibility with case load and flexibility to ensure work/life balance.
