Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management needs mannerism training and to be taught how to speak to employees by not using their position of power as intimidation.
As with every company CCHS likes to toot their own horn as being a great place to work, from the inside it is just a place to work.
Management is too wishy washy. Do not own decisions and do not support staff. Serious need of leadership training.
At times teamwork is apparent, sometimes forced. Again sign of weak leadership.
There is a lack of fairness as far as workload depenfing on how high you rank on the docial level with management.
