Suggestions for improvement
- Provide better work to life balance. More support from outside store level. Update computer/technology more frequently so programs run on POS properly. More movement from within rather then heavy hire from outside therefore retaining talented staff. Need to increase payroll so that floor is sufficiently covered to improve; training programs, customer service, sales. Need to improve restocking methods, if it isn't there it won't sell.
