You can not resolve issues with a District Manager who is not in the stores. It would be it the best interest of the company if the DM was in the stores 4 days out of their 5 day work week. It is not right for a boss to do all the store visit's over the phone, simply because they can not get themselves up and out on time to do their job...which is to be in the stores. I get office day, by when you have to wait around for your DM to make it to your store at 8:30PM when they stated they would be there to review your store concerns is just wrong.
The District manager set the pace of a non-team environment by telling everyone, the other person's business. She does not know how to be professional.
