What employees say

Employees like

My leadership team was open and understanding as I transitioned into a new role within the company. I have had the opportunity to work in several different areas of the hospital. Each area provides more stepping stones to grow the associates as individuals.
As I transitioned into my latest role at CHRISTUS Health, I was blessed with the love and understanding of my soon to be former department. They let me know of all of the positive changes I helped to make the department better during my stay.
I have been a patient at my company and felt I was well cared for. My direct supervisor and the CNO are wonderful approachable people that I feel truly listen to concerns and try to find solutions to problems.
I was able to be off for 8 weeks due to having surgery and everyone pitched in to handle my work load until I was able to come back and even came to visit me in the hospital.
My previous leadership team supported me through my decision to transition into a different department as part of my personal and professional growth plan.
