What I like
If we met patient satisfaction goals we received a bonus every 4 months. The amount of hours you worked accrued vacation hours which was maxed out at 150 hours. Paid maternity leave is a plus, in addition, you received 3 months of pay for maternal and paternal leave.
What I dislike
I felt the company consistently changed policy and always added more work for you to do on top of meeting patient satisfaction goals. It’s kind of hard to be with your patients the entire shift when charting takes up more time than needed.
Suggestions for improvement
I feel that the administration should hang out on nursing units for a day to see that the patient to nurse ratios are out of control with all the charting they have is doing.
