Most employees feel they constantly hear criticism - they do not answer surveys honestly because the general consensus is the surveys ARE trackable & they fear retaliation .
Support from management
They say they include employee feedback in their decisions but it is repeatedly shown to be not true. They present forums & they advertise the idea but it is only talk . Most employees feel the decisions are already in action before they pretend to listen to staff . Majority of staff just don't waste their time - they see the facts & just don't waste their time.
Freedom to work independently
Does not happen . Management makes decisions .
Management are constantly in meetings - they are not visible . The common question is how do you do performance ratings - you don't even know your staff. Most people would not recognize executives / managemt . Administration is detached & based on their lack of effort - suggests they will leave it that way .
Attitude towards older colleagues
There is no support or demonstration of appreciation . There is increasing feelings that long term staff are forced out in favor of young less costly staff . The pictures of employees celebrating anniversaries was taken down - people are not recognized in meetings or anywhere for loyalty or service. It is obvious - it is blatant .
Little to none -offered to certain groups /friends only
Rules vary situation to situation - staff sees inconsistency & feels no objectivity - biased decisions .
Not really - many just do job and go home

No -managent makes decisions & staff expected to follow.
What I like about the company
They provide service to mostly lower income - inner city population .
What I dislike about the company
Patient safety issues - turnover in staff contributed to that issue , however managements attitude is they do not care .
