Suggestions for improvement
- Big mouths with opinions doesn't necessarily mean leadership quality. Hire quality educated people who want lead and manage without cussing and defaming others behind their backs especially to other hourly employees. KTP is a small mud hole located in a gravel parking lot of life and too many people can't seem to swim out. Enough said. ..
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
Hourly employees are treated much better than supervision. Education holds no value when your boss has no bachelors degree and despises you for having your MBA.
