Suggestions for improvement
- raise wages for Unit Leaders and provide clear path for promotional opportunities...we have lost so many people to General Motors in the last 6 months...just at my facility and mostly because upper management isn't taking an interest in the supervisor's career path.
I like about the employer
I like the fact that they offered me a job.
I dislike about the employer
There are limited opportunities for upward mobility but most seem to be offered to people that aren't of color.
