The company culture is ok. The on site leadership is working towards really great
Still small but has the potential to grow. And they are working towards being competitive with much larger companies
Suggestions for improvement
- More competitive pay. Increase pay for experience
What I like about the company
The trust of leadership at the top. Mid management is new. They are trying!
What I dislike about the company
Mid management still has “ the old way” mentality .
