The employees who work hard are not recognized as much as they should and the employees who lack in acceptable work are not reprimanded.
Support from Management
Managers are willing to work with your schedule and help you with whatever you need. District managers do not understand the needs of the store managers and don't promote advancing to higher positions.
Most employees who have this as a first job will not be supportive depending on the part of the store they work at. Also, because of restrictions, little teamwork is allowed because of segregated positions or lack of availability (not enough employees scheduled).
