Suggestions for improvement
- even in fast paced environments people should be respected and feel like their effort is appreciated, be loyal to the employees that do actual good work and make sacrifices, turnover rate is extremely too high due to lack of proper screening, leadership is severely lacking and encouragement would be nice every now and then, also putting a stop to the shady happenings may make employees feel trusted and boost moral
What I like about the company
Good employee discounts for short stays in some nice cities, thats about it...
What I dislike about the company
Ill maintained office, lack of communication and social interaction, questionable decision making on all levels, disloyal in many areas, extremely chaotic with likely possibility of no end in site for improving, and some very sneaky immoral scenarios
