Annual reviews rarely done. Hard to even get an atta girl!

Yes, for the most part.
Families are never taken into consideration. Management is very unsympathetic and hard to deal with making the work environment extremely stressful.

I was always proud of my work performance, however it was never recognized by management.

Ideas and opinions are never valued. They are often met with reprimands.

- Hire new management. Owners become more involved with employees and company decisions.
What I like about the company
The first 10 yrs I worked there were the best. Therapists and most Md's were like family.
What I dislike about the company
New management is unprofessional and was often bullied by them. Making an already stressful job even more so. Never recognized for work performance.
