They hide a lot of their failings from prospective employees.
Support from management
All sales bids have to go through management so outside sales teams work closely with managers.
They do not have set territories and unless you are closing deals you wont get any warm leads to work from.
Freedom to work independently
Since they are centrally located in Oregon, most of the work you do is independant of management. you stay in contact through text and phone calls aswell as email. There are training calls you have to dial into daily and weekly as well.
In this the company is strong with daily training calls, weekly training calls on Wednesdays and a week long training session at the start of employment.
Overall compensation for your work
There is NO salary, it is strictly commissions based on the creditworthiness of your client.
You are commissioned sales staff so if you don't sell, you don't eat.
I did feel proud until one of my clients had to call customer service for a simple issue and got the run around. It was horrible the way the company treated her.
What I like about the company
Sales management support are friendly and try to work with you and your client to get the sale.
What I dislike about the company
They were not up front about needing sales in order to get residuals from clients so money cannot be counted on after the sales are through.
