Expectations of applicants

Interviewing

For onsite interviews, arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time to register as a visitor. For online and phone interviews try to pick a quiet place and test your connection prior to your scheduled interview time.

  • Review the provided job description and be able to speak to your key strengths relevant to the job
  • Be prepared to discuss anything listed on your resume
  • Prepare answers to relevant interview questions
  • Dress to impress


Advice to applicants

The recruiting process starts with your application. Browse through the open positions. When you're ready, click Apply and complete the entire profile process, if you haven't already done so. You will receive an email confirmation if you successfully applied for the position. Your resume and profile can now be viewed for consideration by the recruitment team.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Ciber maintains onsite representation and this is a benefit to the client and consultant. However, and rare, there are times when the representative and various client department heads simply don't click, and this can create a mixed master environment for the consultants. This isn't a complaint and I found that my own communication with both sides was openly received and an easy fix.

What I like about the company

Support from Ciber management is fantastic and the educational resources for the consultants field is freely accessible and truly beneficial. Ciber's view is allowing us growth as professionals benefits the entire organization.
